Important information

This is a one-year, renewable licence. The SCORM package has a 12-month expiry date from the point of purchase and it will auto-renew annually for ongoing access to the course, unless you choose to cancel it.

Next steps

You will need to do the following before we can process your order:

• Please provide us with the primary contact details of those who will be responsible for accessing your SCORM files. Please include telephone numbers and email addresses.
• Email this information to the Support Helpdesk at servicecentre@itgovernance.eu quoting the above order number.

Once we have received the information, we will prepare your course files.

You will receive a further email from the Sales Support Team with a dedicated link to your files for you to download to your e-learning platform.

Please note: we are unable to offer support with setting up your LMS or uploading the SCORM files.
